Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data” in the meeting booking form on arcgeom.com, you give ARC Geometry — IE SKAKOVA (Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty; full company details) your consent to process the data listed below on the terms of our Privacy Policy.

What data

• the name you gave us;
• your contact detail — an email address;
• the service area you are interested in;
• the date, time and time zone you selected for the meeting.

If you contact us through the Telegram bot @arcgeom_bot, the consent also covers the name and username of your Telegram account and the content of the messages you send to the bot.

For what purposes

• arranging and holding the online meeting;
• sending you a booking confirmation and a calendar invitation;
• contacting you using the details you provided and answering your enquiry;
• preparing information about the services you asked about.

What operations are permitted

Collection, recording, storage, correction, use, transfer to the service providers that keep the Site running and deliver messages (Cloudflare, Resend, Telegram, Google, and — if you request an idea review — Anthropic; the list and the purpose of each are set out in the Privacy Policy, and the transfer is cross-border), anonymisation, blocking and deletion of the data.

Duration and withdrawal of consent

The consent remains valid until the stated purposes are achieved, but no longer than three years from the last contact, or until you withdraw it. You may withdraw your consent at any time — simply send a message to info@arcgeom.com from the address or account you used when contacting us. Once withdrawn, we stop processing and delete the data unless there is a lawful ground for keeping it.
