# ARC Geometry — Insurance expertise — from individual processes to a company built from scratch

We build how an insurance company works: underwriting, sales, claims handling, reinsurance, reporting. We help launch an insurance business from scratch and choose the IT landscape to run it.

Our team has spent years on the insurance markets of the CIS — from setting up individual processes in an operating company to launching an insurance business from scratch.

We are not tied to a single product. We start with the business and its processes, then choose the system to fit the task — including KIAS, whose partners we are.

## What we do

We work both with operating insurance companies and with those just entering the market.

- **An insurance company from scratch** — Organisational structure, product line, business processes, regulatory requirements and IT landscape — taken all the way to the start of operations.
- **Building and optimising processes** — Underwriting, sales and channels, claims handling, reinsurance, actuarial calculations, regulatory and management reporting.
- **Audit of the current state** — We find where processes diverge from the system, where data and money leak, and which changes give the greatest effect for the least disruption.
- **Choosing and implementing an insurance system** — We define the requirements, compare what the market offers, and run the implementation and acceptance — with no obligatory tie to any one vendor.
- **Integrations and data** — We connect the insurance system to CRM, accounting and payment services and external registries, and put reporting in order.
- **Support after launch** — Staff training, internal regulations, change support and further development of functionality.

## KIAS partnership

One of the systems we implement — and the one we know best.

KIAS is an insurance platform built by a third-party vendor. We are its partners: we know the system from the inside, implement it and adapt it to a particular company's needs.

It is neither the only nor a mandatory option. If another solution fits your task better, we will say so plainly.

### KIAS implementation formats

- **Enterprise** — Full implementation of the insurance platform for large insurance organisations.
- **Lite** — A streamlined solution for companies that need the core functionality without excess complexity.
- **Standalone modules** — The option to license and implement only the components you need.
- **Component model** — Using individual blocks — insurance product management or claims, for example — with subsequent integration into your existing CRM or corporate systems.

You can start with a single module and expand the system as the business grows.

## Other systems

We are not limited to KIAS. We work with other insurance systems — legacy, off-the-shelf or built in-house — and set up processes inside whatever already runs at your company.

If the system is staying, the task comes down to arranging the processes and data around it. If it is changing, we help choose the replacement and move across without halting operations.

## Where we work

We work across the insurance markets of the CIS and account for the requirements of each jurisdiction's regulator.

Differences in licensing, compulsory insurance lines and reporting are built into the processes from the start, instead of surfacing at acceptance.

Markets: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, CIS.

**Your market. Your regulator. Processes that hold.**

## Open to partnership

We are open to working with insurance companies, local integrators and technology partners across the CIS.

Whether you are launching an insurance business, rebuilding processes in an operating company or choosing an insurance system — tell us about the task and we will see how we can help.

**Insurance expertise rather than allegiance to one product: the business and its processes first, then the system to match.**
